One question I hear a lot from those in the market to purchase real estate is this:  “Should I consider buying a condo?”  Many buyers see that they can acquire a condo for less money and in a more desirable location.  There are many reasons I think people should consider purchasing a condo.  At the same time, there are many reasons I think people should not purchase a condo.  In the end, it all depends on the person/family, their goals, desires, budget, lifestyle, stage in life, personality, etc.
